Hmm... a Hutton inquiry for Americans? Bush is under pressure to appoint an independent commission on alleged doctoring of Iraq intel.

14 IT companies, including 10 American companies, have been singled out by Reporters Without Borders as being complicit in China's censoring of the internet. Could the US companies be exposing themselves to claims under ATCA?

If Congressman Mike Honda gets his way, February 19 will be designated an official US day of remembrance for Japanese victims of internment during WWII.

Psychohistory, anyone? Social scientists are now using particle physics to model human mass behavior and movement.

So much for believing in a smaller, less regulatory government. Republicans are targeting Section 527 non-profits because that's where lots of Democratic anti-Bush money is going.
