The Civil Liberties Restoration Act is a new bill in Congress designed to roll back some of the more odious provisions of the USA PATRIOT Act. Sponsors of the CLRA include Ted Kennedy, Jon Corzine, Bill Delahunt, Patrick Leahy, Howard Berman, Russ Feingold, and Richard Durbin.
